Fun times

Apart from being a high-need baby, Adelaide has been a lot of fun lately. :) And having fun herself as well.

She has become unstoppable.. Once on the floor, she moves all around the room (not going yet from one room to another), especially if there is something interesting at her sight - she can get to it super fast! She is still only pulling herself (sliding) forward, not crawling.

Fireplace is one of the most interesting things to explore.. Next in list would be: wires, cat food, vacuum cleaner..

She also has gotten some more pumpkin a couple of times. When given to her by us, she makes the funniest, grossed out faces, like what's given to her would be incredibly weird tasting, but once I let her to grab the spoon herself, she actually seems to enjoy the process that way, and yesterday she ate a whole spoonful of pumpkin on her own. (So our baby uses a spoon already!) :D

Today I didn't give her any food (the lentil dish we ate ourselves was way too spicy), but she started crying, it looked like she seriously was demanding some food! I think so, because when we gave her an empty spoon, she wasn't happy at all. So she got a little bit of banana, and again - made weird faces, but same time wanted some more! So I'm thinking, have to start thinking more seriously, what to give her to eat..

Banging on the table is fun as well.. And - of course - she must have whatever it is we are having!

And she still loves the cat more than anyone.. :)
I think "Romeo" (the name of our cat) will be her first word. Because it is the first word that she obviously understands! Yesterday she was tired and cranky, and was screaming a bit, while I was dressing her for going to sleep in the stroller. I was talking something, saying that "..see, Romeo is already waiting for you" or something, and at the word "Romeo" she immediately started smiling and looking around for the cat! :D
