Making her own ½-birthday cake

Today Adelaide totally made her own ½-birthday cake! :) She did most of the work for the base of it, turns out - Pavlova can be really child-friendly to make. :D

She spooned the sugar in the grinder to make powdered sugar.. And she was pushing the button.

Then she spooned the powdered sugar into the mixer bowl, as it was whipping the egg whites.

And once it was done, she - of course - licked the whippers. :)

And with a little kitchen helper like that, cake turned out beautifully! And she enjoyed it too. She liked the berries more than the cake itself, she's a berry lover. :)
