Our baby is 5 months old!

Unbelievable, our baby is 5 months old today!
I'm sorry, but I seriously can't believe it.. :D 5 months, it seems so much.. I can imagine having a small baby, but so big one.. Also, I had imagined that 5 month old's are already so much more different.. More capable. But she's still just our little (or not so little) baby.
(After our own measurements, she is 8,4 kg (gained only 400 g this month, finally the weight gain is slowing down..) and about 68 cm (+2 cm).)

Today is Fathers Day in Estonia as well! :) So it's two celebrations in one for us today.

I must say, Adelaide has the best Daddy in the world.. I'm so excited to see her growing up and see them having their special father-daughter relationship and fun of their own.

Here I wanted to write a deep, meaningful section of the importance of the father.. But not going to happen, because we have a teething baby in house. ;)

I hope that she is teething and not sick.. Well, she doesn't have any symptoms of being sick. But she does have all the signs of teething for long time already.. For long time her drooling has increased and increased, she is putting everything in her mouth (which is normal for any baby in this age), lately, however, she has been putting her hands into her mouth even a lot more, plus she has been a lot more cranky, and she has slept badly last three nights, waking up at 4 am and crying. Yesterday she had a fever of 38 degrees C, in the morning, and around 37,6 C for the rest of the day.

I'm really waiting to see those teeth finally.. She has not been her usual self.  So sad to see her cry, because she never really has done it. I'm trying to wear her in the wrap more.. And make life as pleasant as possible for her.

Best friends

Whenever she is crying, cat is coming to see, what's wrong.. :) It's so cute. And if she sees him, it actually helps, because there is nothing she loves more than the cat!
